Sorrel drink is a popular drink made mostly at Christmas time in the Caribbean using the sorrel flower.
100g dried sorrel
6 litre water
Cinnamon, clove & bayleaf
Add sugar to taste
Boil 6 liters water with desired spices for 3 minutes. Place dried sorrel in boiled mixture to steep for 30 minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste. Essence can be added if desirous. Best serve chilled.
